Not happy after 13 years of using this hotel to be treated like street scum
Night staff was very rude room was dirty night staff argued with me it wasn't yet there was dirty laundry on the floor behind bathroom door from last renters ..when asked for manager was informed wasn't available was gone on holidays and wouldn't be back till the day I was leaving

Unhappy guests
We are woken at 3:00 in the morning with the people next to us having a huge fight swearing and yelling. The room was dirty. Not at all impressed for the money that we paid
